ClearSaid

The insurance industry earned its reputation. Paid-lead machines, pressure scripts, forty identical calls after one innocent quote request. We built ClearSaid as the antidote — and antidotes only work if the commitments are specific. So here they are.

01

We will never sell your contact information.

Most insurance websites are lead farms: they capture your details and auction them to dozens of agencies within minutes. That is the entire reason your phone blows up after one quote request. We don't participate in that economy — your information stays here, full stop.

02

We will never cold-call you.

If you give us your email, we'll email you the things you asked for. That's it. Your phone rings only if you book a call yourself, at a time you chose.

03

Education comes before everything.

Every guide on this site is free, with no signup wall in front of it. You can read everything, ask anything, and leave without ever telling us who you are. We think informed people make better decisions — including the decision not to buy.

04

Plain English or it doesn't ship.

Insurance hides bad deals behind jargon. If we can't explain a concept simply enough for a 15-year-old to follow, we rewrite it until we can. If a product can't be explained simply, that tells you something about the product.

05

No product comes first.

We don't start with something to sell you. We start with your situation. Sometimes the right answer is cheap term insurance. Sometimes it's 'your employer coverage is fine, keep it.' You'll hear that from us too.

06

One human, not forty.

If and when you want professional help, you deal with one licensed advisor who has read your situation before you speak. Never a call center. Never a handoff to whoever's next in the queue.

If we ever break one of these, call it out — the contact email is in the footer of every page, and it reaches a person, not a queue.
